We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team at Information Consulting Services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing data pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services –( IICS)/Snowflake. This includes integrating various sources into Snowflake for model, validation and deployment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with complex SQL, stored procedures using Javascript or Python, and supporting AI initiatives in a data engineering or data scientist role. Proficiency in Pandas, Pyspark, Snowpark ML, and knowledge of Snowflake Cortex Large Language Model (LLM) functions and statistical modeling are also required.
In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be proactive with a Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
The responsibilities of this role include building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating various sources into Snowflake, supporting deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production, and implementing best practices for utilization of cortex and other snowflake functions.
