Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in product selection based on their preferences and needs.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with care.
- Uphold compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dispensary environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or cannabis setting.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
