Position Overview: We’re seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our retail team. Our ideal candidates are passionate about cannabis, eager to educate, and dedicated to delivering top-notch service. We are more than a dispensary—we are building cannabis professionals who understand the value of education and are committed to creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate & Consult: Guide customers through their cannabis journey by providing accurate information on Information Entropy’s products, with a particular focus on solventless extraction methods.
- Customer Experience: Deliver professional, warm, and personalized customer service with every interaction. Your goal is to help each customer find products that align with their needs while promoting Information Entropy’s mission.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our house and partnered brand products, including cultivation processes, extraction methods, and product effects. Continuous learning is key.
- Compliance & Protocols: Follow all compliance guidelines, store policies, and operating procedures to ensure a safe, professional environment.
- Cross-Training & Teamwork: Contribute to inventory management, proper labeling, and maintaining showroom displays. You’ll also cross-train in other areas to support the team where needed.
- Cash Handling: Follow proper cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check
- Ability to relocate or commute to New Buffalo, MI
- Knowledge of solventless cannabis products and general cannabis industry trends
- Sales and customer service experience preferred (1 year )
