Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking a professional and dedicated Manager to join our Security Services division. You will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients personnel and property. This position is considered safety-sensitive and is essential for providing top-tier security services at INA and/or its client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervisor: Manage assigned security staff in the department.
- Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling, assignments and daily workflow of security staff.
- Security Patrol: Standing a post if an officer is unavailable.
- Site-Inspections: Conduct site inspections at all INA locations.
- Client Liaison: Build rapport and interact with clients.
- Mentor: Support and motivate staff by providing ongoing guidance and feedback.
- Administrative: Prepare essential reports for leadership, serve as back-up for time entry and billing.
- Policy Enforcement: enforcing company policies and practices as well as client specific policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4 - 5 years professional security, law enforcement, and/or military police experience preferred.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license, insurance with reliable transportation.
- Certifications/Permits: Possess and maintain PA Act 235 certification with firearms, Valid PA Concealed Weapon Permit.
- Background Screening: Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including before or after shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
- Physical capability to walk, run, and maneuver over uneven terrain or pavement.
- Ability to be exposed to all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry over 25 pounds.
