Title Customer Service Representative
Location : Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Duration : 6 Months RTH (possibility of extension)
Job Description
Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone, or e-mail.
Provides support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries from WIC merchants and cardholders.
Research online social media and other internet platforms to detect fraud in the Agency recipient fraud.
Performs system testing on DOH system platforms.
Conducts WIC retailer inventory audits to ensure program compliance.
Develops reports as needed or required.
Reviews vendor monitor reports and addresses any concerns.
Manages and communicates expectations internally and externally.
Other duties assigned as needed or required.
