Role: IT MDM (Mobile Device Management) Administrator (Local to AZ Only)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6-12 Months contract with possibility of extensions
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this position carries five years' experience working in Mobile Device Management (MDM) in environments with at least 5,000 user accounts. The ideal candidate for this position holds a strong analytical mindset and willingness to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Manage and support the client's Workspace ONE environment of 16,000 end-user mobile devices.
- Tenant level/OG permission management for Device Enrollment.
- Provides 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for department LAN Administrators/Telecom Liaisons.
- Experience with MSFT Intune & MDM authority Administration.
- Use scripting and other tools, including Excel and Pivot tables, to develop reports.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/NIST Standards.
- Experience with LDAP/federation principles.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, managing, and supporting Mobility products including Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or a similar product from a competing vendor.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of professional experience managing an MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE, IBM, etc.).
- Professional experience managing environments of no less than 5,000 users.
- Experience automating and enrolling Apple devices, utilizing the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
- Professional scripting experience (BASH, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Professional experience working in sensitive/clearance environments.
