Location: Jackson, MS
Duration: One year contract with possibility of extensions.
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced O365 Specialist to manage and secure the Microsoft O365 environment. The ideal candidate will establish and implement DLP policies, ensure security compliance, and oversee the overall O365 environment, aligning with agency security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and procedures for the O365 environment.
- Verify and configure O365 environment policies to meet agency security standards.
- Conduct O365 security remediation and assessment to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Provide management oversight for Microsoft O365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Required Skills:
- Experience working with a Gold Level Microsoft Partner and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP).
- Extensive O365 management experience, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Experience with Dell Compellent and HP Brocade FC preferred.
- Proficiency in database systems such as SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience with storage hardware, including Dell Compellent and HP Brocade FC.
- Knowledge of database systems and tools, particularly SQL Server.
