Job Description:
IRG Clients is seeking a Senior User Technology Specialist to support and enhance the department's IT infrastructure. This role involves system analysis, technical support, network and server maintenance, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for various technologies including LAN, WAN, servers, telecommunications, and emergency response systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as backup for LAN Administrator or Telecom Engineer.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
- Recommend and assist in the selection of IT systems.
- Install and test complex systems, servers, and networks.
- Lead projects and supervise vendor technicians.
- Provide user training and maintain system documentation.
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
- Stay current with IT trends and assist with business system analysis.
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate reliability.
