Role : UAT Tester- W2 only
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 6 Months contract with possibility of extensions.
An IRG client is looking UAT tester to support the development and deployment of a customer-facing web application. This role focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and resolve issues and defects within test cases, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of a customer-facing web application.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects / issues with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve testing-related challenges.
- Write and execute detailed test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionalities.
- Maintain professional and effective correspondence with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of testing experience , with proven ability to identify defects / issues.
- At least 1 year of experience working on a customer-facing web application.
- Prior experience in municipality or utility industries is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies :
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality testing outcomes.
- Strong experience in test-script writing and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to undergo training on ePortal / eAdmin software (by i3 Vertical).
Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with testing applications in public-sector or utility environments.
