Job Description:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll implementations. This role involves overseeing reporting, integrations, and technical processes, ensuring effective data governance, and delivering actionable insights. Key responsibilities include developing Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations, managing upgrades, and supporting current Oracle EBS systems during the transition to Workday.
Requirements
Workday Expertise (80%):
- 5 years with Workday reports, dashboards, Studio, EIBs, BIRT, Core Connectors, and Prism Analytics.
- Hands-on integration configuration, data analysis, and technical solutions design.
- UAT, data governance, and reporting strategy experience.
Oracle EBS Support (20%):
- 3 years in Oracle EBS development, including Java, customizations, SOAP/REST APIs, and financial module expertise.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certifications, Prism, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certifications: Workday certifications are a plus.
