ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS :
This position reports to the President and will interface with executive staff, all internal and remote employees, including current and / or prospective customer(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop new and existing client relationships.
- Seek out and target new customers, new sales opportunities, and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
- Identify prospective end-users and decision-makers.
- Maintain all activities related to sales and business development.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Manage an existing sales staff of 7, including the person in this role.
CULTURAL REQUIREMENTS :
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS :
Education : Bachelors Degree; Candidates can supplement degree requirement with years of functional and verifiable work experience.
Experience : Experience in the Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, or Security Services industry. At least 1 year of experience selling services and / or solutions. Sales / business development experience, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota. Management experience with sales and business development professionals. Strong prospecting and business development skills.
