What are the responsibilities and job description for the Windows Administrator with Security Clearance position at Information Systems Solutions, Inc.?
Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows System Administration of CENTRIXS networks supporting NIWC PAC in Pearl City, HI. The selected candidate will work as a member of a small Team responsible for maintenance and update of Fly Away Kits in the Pacific AOR. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to the following :
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows Servers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of routers and switches.
- Review log files for errors.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and validate configuration parameters across the deployed system to ensure consistency.
- Manage Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) compliance.
- Meet Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) requirements.
- Troubleshoot Host Based Security System (HBSS) and validate Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans. Why Work For ISS? - Secret Certifications (IAT Level II) One of the following :
- Security CE
- GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
- Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
- System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Required Skills
- 3 years of experience with Windows systems
- Experience with Windows VM environment Desired Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
