AV/Infrastructure IS/IT Cable Specialist Level I

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for an AV/Infrastructure IS/IT Cable Specialist Level I to support the JS J7 Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline core infrastructure and data center in Suffolk, VA. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Directorate, Joint Training (DDJT).

This role is 100% onsite.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing data and voice cable system, and other cable devices.
• Be able to work in cramped spaces, at heights, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks and innerduct.
• Provides efficient, high-quality services to the customer.

Installs, removes, troubleshoots, and maintains network cabling systems including associated servers, network communications devices (routers, hubs, switches, etc), operating systems, and client hardware and applications.
