Primary Purpose: The Integration Analyst is expected to maintain, coordinate and manage the data integrations between both Student Information Systems & Business Information Systems with 3rd party software. This position is also expected to assist in the integration of data into operation data storage.
The goal of the Integration Analyst is to provide high-quality, timely and accurate information to all additional software applications utilized by the district. In addition, evaluate the access and delivery of products in a way that creates maximum efficiency for district users.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems preferred
Special Knowledge Skills:
- Performing data and systems analysis

Experience:
- Minimum three years professional level experience with educational data products including relational student and/or business information systems, computer programming, data warehousing, testing and analysis, and performing systems or data analysis work. Experience in documenting requirements, business rules,and user help information
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and schedule transfer of data from information system database to 3rd party software
- Troubleshoot issues with data from information systems within 3rd party software
- Coordinate and collaborate on the data population of new digital learning programs with other district team members
- Maintain district rostering of online programs and troubleshoot any issues as needed
- Set up security parameters for integrated software applications
- Develop processes that will maximize the communication between software products where applicable
- Participate in the Trusted Learning Environment standards as part of the integration process
- Assist with the transfer of data to Operational Data Storage
- Prepares user and technical documentation for the implementation, support and running or new and/or modified systems
- Designs and develops application integration between systems
- Provides assistance and expertise in implementing, programming and troubleshooting systems, addressing complaints and resolving complex problems including user support
- Assists with coordination of projects; leads and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install and modify programs
- Maintains professional knowledge of current trends and developments in the field and applies pertinent new knowledge to performance of other responsibilities
- Maintains a consistent, high quality customer-focused approach when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public and other external customers
- Identifies and reports problems which may interfere with or impede the timely and efficient
- production of system jobs or state reports
- Coordinate and monitor the accuracy of data to a district data visualization tool
- Provides training and makes presentations to district employees in one-on-one as well as group
- sessions to enable them to properly implement and manage applications
- Constantly increases knowledge of emerging technologies related to education
- Resolves technical obstacles & provides recommended solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Periodically works after normal duty hours and occasional weekends or holidays to meet project deadlines or as directed by supervisor
