Supply Chain Data Analyst
Hybrid 3 days a week in office
Must have- Ability to work with data using SQL, some knowledge of how inventory interacts with demand and supply, ability to quickly learn and use PowerBI, ability to run pre-created Python code, ability to read Python code and make small edits for troubleshooting
Job Description
o Assist with queries and data analysis for device and accessory demand, inventory, supply actuals and forecasts.
o Troubleshoot errors causing data inconsistencies.
o Create executive level reporting as well as detailed ad hoc reports.
-Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)
SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel
-What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks)
Run regular reporting then troubleshoot issues. Gather data for monthly reporting, Follow up with stakeholders for data inputs, run adhoc reporting requested
-Preferred background/prior work experience?
Supply chain finance, or supply chain data analyst
-Priority soft skills
Detail oriented, communication skills (simple direct language, clarifying questions), patience, diplomacy, problem solving, adaptability
