POSITION OBJECTIVES

1. Implement and Customize Dynamics 365 Applications
 Successfully implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.
 Ensure all customizations are thoroughly tested and documented.

2. Develop New Applications Using Power Platform
 Develop and deploy new applications across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
 Ensure applications are user-friendly, secure, and optimized for performance.

3. Code Management
 Efficiently manage code merging and branching to maintain a clean and organized codebase.
 Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline the deployment process to higher environments.

4. Support DevOps and Admin Teams
 Provide technical support to DevOps and Admin teams during deployments.
 Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.

5. Integration and Customization
 Integrate Power Platform tools with each other and external systems to create comprehensive solutions.
 Customize solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring they are scalable and secure.

6. Optimization and Performance
 Continuously optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
 Implement best practices for data modeling, data integration, and data management within Microsoft Dataverse.

7. Advanced Development Skills
 Develop and deploy custom plug-ins and code components to extend the functionality of Power Platform solutions.
 Utilize PowerFX, DAX, PowerQuery, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Liquid Tags to enhance solution capabilities.

8. Reporting and Analytics
 Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
 Implement advanced data visualization and analytics to support business decision-making.

9. Continuous Learning and Improvement
 Stay updated with the latest developments in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technology stack.
 Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

II. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Years Required / Preferred Experience

8 Required - Designing, developing, and customizing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power
Platform technology stack 8 Required Designing and working with Dataverse tables and security

8 Required - Customizing Microsoft D365/Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, plug-ins, and
custom PCF controls

8 Required - Developing .Net/SQL server applications (or similar Object-Oriented language/framework
and similar RDMS)

8 Required - Working with enterprise-level SDLC processes

8 Required - Experience with one or more: JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks, JSON, C#, Java, RESTful services

5 Preferred - Developing Power BI reports is highly desired

5 Preferred - Dynamics 365 for Customer Service is highly desired

1 Preferred - Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification is highly desired

1 Preferred - Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is highly desired
