I. POSITION OBJECTIVES Lead and Manage Testing Team:
Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and mentoring within the team.
II. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

9 Required - Experience in writing and executing test cases as well as creating test plans.
9 Required - Knowledge of SAAS product testing, software usability concepts and software development lifecycle
9 Required - Experience in managing testing process with creation and execution of test plans, test
cases, and test data for manual testing and automated scripts.
9 Required - Ability to generate manual and automated test scripts to support business requirements.
9 Required - Experience in writing/testing scripts in electronic medical records practice management,
clinical, interface and billing workflows within an EHR application.
9 Required - Strong QA automation testing and scription experience using UFT (unified testing tool).
9 Required - Strong knowledge of complex SQL query writing and database validation.
9 Required - Experience in generating manual and automated test scripts to support business
requirements.
9 Required - Experience working on different types of testing : eg unit, integration, regression, smoke ,
user acceptance, system, stress and load/performance.
9 Required - Ability to assist by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems or question
about programs. Effectively organize and present complex technical information both orally and in writing.
9 Required - Experience in collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to understand
requirements, identify potential issues, define testing score, and ensure smooth implementation
of EHR. Coordinating testing activities and data collection
9 Required - Experience in using automated testing tools such as, Katalon, Selenium, ALM, UTF, etc.
9 Required - Experience in developing detailed test cases covering various scenarios user roles
within the EHR system.
9 Required - Experience in creating metrics to measure application quality and defect tracking.
9 Required - Experience in mentoring and training QA team members on EHR testing methodologies, best
practices, data migration testing and workflows.
4 Preferred - Experience in conducting API testing and automation
3 Preferred - Knowledge and experience working on HL7 FHIR is preferred.

- Resource Planning and Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage the testing budget, and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Develop and Maintain Test Scripts: Create and execute automated and manual test scripts for EHR applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Test Planning and Execution: Write and execute test cases, create comprehensive test plans, and manage the overall testing process.
- Defect Tracking and Management: Track and manage defects using tools like ALM and JIRA, and generate metrics to measure application quality.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers, and effectively present complex technical information.
