Manage team of Change Execution methodology resources to execute on the development and implementation of Enterprise Change requirements. Partner with key stakeholders across the Change Lifecycle to streamline Enterprise Change requirements.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Manage a team of people focused on the development, implementation, and reporting of Enterprise Change policies and procedures which cover the end-to-end lifecycle of the identification of an idea through the realization of benefits for that idea/project.
- Partner with associated Risk and Technical processes across the Change Lifecycle to streamline Enterprise Change requirements, eliminating duplication of efforts to allow teammates to deliver change within the bank in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain Enterprise Change Policies, Procedures, and Controls, participating in required Risk & Controls Assessments as required.
- Proactively identify process MSIs while developing / executing identified Issue remediation plans to ensure successful validation.
- Respond to 2LOD, Audit and Regulator requested in a professional and timely manner.
- Build Control Plan to manage administrative costs of CEG methodologies, seeking efficiency improvements to minimize process cost for Truist.
Required Qualifications:

- College Degree or equivalent education, or commensurate training and work-related experience.
- Ten years of experience in change management, project management, or process execution in banking, financial services or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve or pivot direction quickly as needed.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, change agent with strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to speak, present and provide engagement for Executive Summary presentations with key leadership & stakeholders of initiatives.
- Experience in applying problem solving toolsets to then create or draft process improvement deliverables.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Demonstrated time-management skills & abilities to adhere to key delivery milestones of the program execution.
- Solid understanding of program and project management disciplines, techniques and approaches.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly complex, results driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with public speaking, group facilitation, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management experience.
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; banking or financial management education.
- Deep knowledge of with operational and technical environments of financial institutions, including knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations.
- Business Process Management (BPM) experience.
- Certified Project Management Professional
