In this role you will be supporting senior leaders and multi-functional teams to ensure meetings, events and activities are implemented with accuracy and agility.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support for the leadership team. This includes activities such as calendar management, scheduling key meetings/events, giving support to projects, and helping with work logistics.
- Project Support for Information Security teams working on larger high-profile projects, initiatives, and operations for the Company, mainly through Purchase Order execution, support and governance.
- Be an active member of the culture team supporting P&G through initiative and event planning targeted to build culture and develop high performing teams.
- Effectively manage travel and expense reporting for Vice Presidents.
- Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities, responsibilities, and changes in a team environment.
- Strong collaborator, with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively across the organization at all levels.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, in addition to other technology
- Experience in calendar management, travel planning, meeting/event management, expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, and VISA applications
- Strong organization skills and able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Relocation is not paid
