IT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, demonstrating expertise in IT services and infrastructure management that includes LAN/WAN and Microsoft Windows management.
· CompTIA IT Operations Specialist (A /Network ) required. Applicants without the required certification must obtain certification within one year of hire.
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals required. Applicants without the required certification must obtain certification within one year of hire.
· In-depth understanding of IT systems, networks, security practices, and emerging technologies
· Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
· Experience in Microsoft Windows systems management, including Windows 10,11 and Active Directory.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving IT-related challenges.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Information Technology Services Director
JOB GOAL
Supports the district by improving IT service delivery and efficiency and elevating departmental performance through effective problem solving, innovative solutions, and effective management of IT infrastructure and teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide support to the IT staff for the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and user support.
· Configure and manage District technology applications such as voice, identity management, copy/print, EPP, and device management.
· Develop and implement IT service strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
· Evaluate current District technologies for potential enhancements and system upgrades and perform upgrades as necessary and required.
· Member of the District Cybersecurity team.
· Assists with network related and system administration related services as needed.
· Recommends changes and efficiencies to improve both services and security.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT team.
· Provide mentoring and training opportunities to nurture technical skills and leadership potential within the IT team.
· Implement and uphold IT security protocols in all systems to protect sensitive data through adherence to industry standards, regulations, and data protection laws.
· Stay informed about technological advancements and trends in the IT field, proposing innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.
· Lead IT-related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to user operations.
· Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure alignment of IT services with overall business requirements.
· Travels within district as required (travel reimbursement when applicable)
· Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
