Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a UI / UX Developer to work for our company.

Summary :
- Client Agency is DHS
- Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include : U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- Will be responsible for executing customer / user experience (CX / UX) strategies and creating products that engage users.
- Will manage the CX / UX related planning, prioritization and decision making. Will advocate for broader CX / UX activities in support as needed.
- Will lead and participate in sessions that leverage CX / UX design methods and strategies.
- Will translate user needs into concepts, personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes and visual design prototypes using tools such as Figma, Mural, and Optimal Workshop.
- Will conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing and translate those results into designs that will improve products in an iterative fashion.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to articulate the CX vision, tradeoffs, and decisions.
- Will lead efforts to develop and implement design patterns and information architecture that adhere to brand guidelines for web and mobile design.
- Will collaborate with trusted testers to ensure that all front-end design and development work is Section 508 compliant for accessibility.
- Will balance user needs with product owner priorities and technical feasibility.
- Will drive a plain language content strategy to facilitate an easy-to-understand user experience for all users.
