Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is DHS.
- Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Will evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AngularJS.
- Must have hands on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Must be familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Must have hands on experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Must have knowledge of devOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Must be willing and able to attend on-site meetings in Camp Springs, MD on an as needed basis.
- Must be willing and able to participate in a code challenge and orals presentation.
Preferences:
- An active CISSP, CISA, or CASP certification.
- An active certification in AWS or Azure
- An active CSM or Agile certification
