Job Description Job Summary The Operations Director for Informative Research, a division of Stewart Lender Services, will oversee and optimize operations within our credit reporting services, focusing on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Based in Irving, TX, this role directly supports the strategic initiatives of Informative Research and provides leadership to an operations team spanning multiple locations. The Operations Director is accountable for achieving key performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for credit reporting services, including credit supplement processing.
- Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures aligned with Informative Research’s objectives.
- Assign responsibilities, establish operating goals, and monitor team performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Serve as a key resource to managers and team members, providing guidance and resolving escalated issues effectively.
- Guide and empower subordinate managers to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within their teams.
- Contribute to and execute business plans that align with the strategic vision of Informative Research and Stewart Lender Services.
- Apply industry expertise and business acumen to enhance financial performance and operational outcomes.
- Solve complex business challenges through advanced critical thinking and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, compliance, and sales teams to streamline processes, drive innovation, and meet client needs.
- Develop long-term operational strategies and ensure their execution through detailed annual business planning. Education
