Description
The Verifications Trainer will assess and address the training needs of the Verifications department by creating comprehensive training materials and offering coaching to new hires, ensuring they acquire the essential skills and techniques for success. By cultivating a culture of trust and maintaining data accuracy and efficiency, the Verifications Trainer is instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment and setting clear expectations for team members.
- Review existing training programs and recommend enhancements or modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention, while addressing the evolving needs of clients, the organization, or the industry.
- Collaborate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Subject Matter Experts to maintain expertise in verifications, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure training materials and programs remain current, accurate, and effective.
- Develop training courses and materials for workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one training.
- Assess trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, test cases, and audits, identifying areas requiring additional or specialized instruction.
- Shadow agents as needed and assist with creating action plans for individuals.
- Stay informed about IT system updates, new software programs, and services, as well as other changes that could impact training needs.
- Keep up to date with new training methods, techniques, and industry-specific training requirements.
- Identify operational issues or industry trends that could benefit from targeted training initiatives.
- Conduct on-the-job training in assigned areas, focusing on group and individual sessions to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Ensure training milestones and goals are met in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in training or coaching is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of training processes.
- Ability to facilitate and lead large group sessions; thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Professionalism with strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
- This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of workstation.
- The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
- This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives.
