Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls, providing customer support, scheduling appointments
- Keeping records of customer interactions in our client database, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up client inquiries/issues not immediately resolved
- Recognizing, documenting and alerting the supervisor of any trends in customer calls
- Researching client billing issues
- Assisting our New Business Department
- Backup for reception duties
- Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- High School Diploma; required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum one year of office or customer service experience; required
- State of WI Health and Life Licensure preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
