Local Rate: $40/hr. (Less than 75 miles)
Submission Requirement for LPN/LVN:
- Recent 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required
- 1 years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience.
- LPN License - NY State or Multi State Compact
- BLS Certification - AHA
- EMR Exp: Point Click Care
- Common patient diagnosis: MS, Ortho, Dementia, Memory care
- COVID-19/Flu Vaccinated
