Job: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele)- Traveler
Location: 30 Prospect Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601
Assignment: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Shift: 3x12s Nights - 36 hours Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.
- Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required.
- Must have a strong MS/Tele background.
- RN License, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (current).
