Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong electrical and/or mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, electrical repairs, and hydraulic system maintenance
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair high voltage electrical systems
- Perform stick welding as needed for repairs
- Utilize work orders to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations

-Machining and/or lathe experience a plus.

-previous experience on printing presses or finishing paper-converting machines a plus.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role - required at least 5 years
- Strong electrical & mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair various systems with tight tolerances
- Proficiency in electrical repairs, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics
- Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems
- Experience with stick welding is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
