Who we seek :

We’re seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Engineering to lead our cloud platform team, reporting to the SVP R&D. In this role, you’ll oversee core technological domains including cloud platform and AI-driven products.

What you’ll do :

Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of our cloud platform solutions to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing products.

Lead, inspire, and grow high-performing global engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

Implement and enhance Agile methodologies to streamline development cycles and improve delivery.

Drive the technical vision for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and trends.

Partner with product, marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless, cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

What you’ll bring :

A proven track record of 5 years in senior leadership roles at a cloud company.

Deep expertise in cloud technologies and managing high-scale systems.

Strong knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results.
