The Role

We are looking for a Mail Operations Shift Lead to join our team! The working Mail Operations Shift Lead will be the point of contact for escalation of production issues that are encountered by our Mail Insert Operators. This position will perform accurate sign-offs and quality checks at job set-up to ensure that the operators are using the correct material.

We are looking for someone with direct mailing experience who knows how to run a Bell and Howell, Pitney Bowes, or Blue Crest mailing machine. We want someone eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and has experience in the mail industry. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred!

Hours : 2nd shift : Monday- Friday 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm

Qualifications :

High school diploma

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to process, comprehend and follow detailed instructions

Outstanding attention to detail and ability to inspect files for problem areas

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 40-45 pounds)

Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and work independently

Ability to be flexible with work schedules including overtime

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office skills required

Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
