Job Description :
Client is seeking a client-facing IT Business Analyst to join our team on a 10 month contract in Thomasville, NC. This role is 100% onsite and will require strong analytical skills, business process knowledge, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and
- analyze requirements.
- Work closely with end users, developers, and project managers to translate business
- needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement in existing IT
- systems and workflows.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process
- mapping workshops.
- Develop use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation to
- support system changes.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate system functionality and assist in user
- acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support project implementation, system rollouts, and end-user training as needed.
- Ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure
- project success.
