Position: Lead Data Integration engineer - SSIS/SQL-w2 Only.
We cannot take h1b or 1099 candidates at this time . Can do only w2.
Location: Warren, NJ - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
Interviews: (4 Rounds):
1. General Interview with Recruiter for 20-30 minutes.
2. Technical Interview by for 90 minutes.
3. Managerial (Project) Interview 30 minutes.
4. Client’s Interview for 60 minutes.
Primary requirements:
- Need Senior/Lead with 10 years
- Strong 5 years of hands-on development experience with SSIS and ETL/ELT
- Basic experience with modern and legacy development products and frameworks: Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server, jQuery.
- Familiarity with financial products and markets
- Understanding of web services and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiar with tools for code analysis and automated testing
- Confident, and able to take initiative in a delivery-focused environment;
- Independent, self-directed working style;
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry;
- Hard-working, innovative and takes pride in their work; and
- Passionate about creating innovative solutions for customers.

Analysis & Design:
- Collaborate with analyst tester and developer colleagues to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Work within the constraints of the feature/user story to define the underlying detail of required changes.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for the resolution of technical issues that arise and ensure solutions meet the technical specs and design requirements.
Development:
- Interpret complex financial business requirements and translate into high-transactional, high-availability, secure, working systems Design and build the Data Model.
- Collaborate with other developers to make sure that the solutions developed are robust and in-line with the requirements.
- Ensure code is designed and built in a reusable manner.
Quality:
- Participate in code reviews to gain feedback on your technique from senior peers and to give advice to junior peers. Review senior developers' code to enhance your skills and knowledge; and
- Perform unit testing to ensure any changes made to the system are of a high standard and the system hasn’t regressed.
