Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM), Ariba, and Concur to support financial processes, gather business requirements, and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business and IT teams to implement Oracle R12 Financials, Ariba, and Concur solutions.
- Analyze requirements, configure solutions, and support system enhancements.
- Provide expertise on AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and integrations with Ariba & Concur.
- Conduct testing, training, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Oracle R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
- Knowledge of Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing) and Concur (Expense Management).
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
