What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomy Technician position at Infosoft Healthcare Solutions Inc.?
Work with off-site Phlebotomist Supervisor to ensure department is staffed and properly scheduled at all times.
Help with payroll and corrective action of employees.
Maintain established department policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
3. Years of Experience Required: 5 years of management experience as a Phlebotomy Supervisor; 3 years of specialized training as a Histotech and fully proficient in all areas of Pathology.
4. Required Certifications: BS in Science and/or MBA. Certification as a HT (Histotech). Active MA Phlebotomist License.
