Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Jobs to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various nursing procedures such as IV insertion, catheter care, and phlebotomy.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Operate medical equipment, including neonatal ventilators, as needed for patient care.
- Participate in family planning discussions and provide relevant resources to patients.
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care.
