Job Title : Ad Agency Project Manager (Digital Marketing)
Pay Rate : $52.84 / Hr
Duration : 9 Months (Part time - 20 Hours a Week)
Location : Irvine, CA (Hybrid - primarily Onsite)
Note - This is a Part-time role ( 20 Hours a Week ) with major hours Onsite (Potentially some time remote) with flexible reporting time / hours from Monday to Thursday in 1st Shift.

This position would be part of the Global Brand team. We are responsible for developing marketing communications , digital & omnichannel marketing campaigns , and marketing materials for existing products and new product launches – including brochures, web pages, social media posts, emails, and advertisements. We are also stewards of the company’s brand and ensure it is executed accurately throughout our business unit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute compelling brand and digital campaigns that align with our business objectives
- Support the development of marketing messages based on regional strategies
- Efficiently lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Day to day they will be managing projects through the Vault approval process following up with stakeholders, communicating changes back to agency partners , and working with agency partners to develop new content.
- Contribute to content / campaign strategy development, but will primarily focus on executing assets with agency partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders for feedback / approvals.
- Manage the production, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content , webpages, sales tools, digital campaign assets , and clinical materials.
- Facilitate production-level communication with external vendor / agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.
- Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
- Proofread and edited materials , ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.
- Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.
