Job Title: Production Operator 1
Pay Rate: $18.38/HR
Duration: 9 months
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Shift: 1st Shift -6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F
- Performs assembly, test, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to prescribed quality and production standardsand under ISO procedures.
- Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions, and procedures.
- Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow.
- Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between departments. Prepares work cell and/or department records.
- Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance.
- We are looking for someone who has some building experience
- Follows Directions and is open to change
- Worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.), electric and pneumatic power tools, and in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures and ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, Food Service, working on cars, etc…)
- Hands-on experience in assembly.
- Ability to function and contribute in a team environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or a combination of all movement types as required by and for the duration of the job assignment.
- Basic computer skills required
- Good Attitude
- Need Dependable Transportation
- Safety Shoes required
