Job Title: Senior Payroll Manager
Pay Rate: $55/HR
Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of conversion)
Location: Remote (Living close to Alpharetta, GA, for occasional onsite visits)
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Manager
- The senior payroll manager has a responsibility for ensuring the correctness of payroll, providing quality in service, and taking pride in contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control), Registration of new hires/terminations/employment changes in employment register, Maintenance of organizational structure, Absence /attendance registration and handling, Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries) Preparation and delivery of reports, Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation Maintaining physical and/or electronical archive, To solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi functional issues.
- Assigned and accountable for specific areas of responsibility/deliverables.
- May prioritise and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Performs a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function.
- Assists in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems.
- Required to assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative.
- Decide within an available range of solutions/practices, which are the most applicable.
- Makes decisions within parameters set by the manager, using job/specialist experience.
- Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the normal scope of the job.
- Subject to general direction and guidance from the manager as appropriate.
- Interact with customers/users around specific work efforts/deliverables.
- Accountable for specific areas and functions responsibility.
- Deep multi-process skills in operations.
- Trained and guided other team members.
- Performing any additional tasks linked to the primary scope of the position.
- Bachelor university degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and local language
- Customer-focused with the ability to deliver high-quality services
- Good cooperation skills and team player, ability to handle stressful periods
- SAP, Local laws and regulations, local payroll specific rules
