Job Title: Finance Analyst (USC/GC)
Pay Rate: $45 to $49/Hr.
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Irvine, CA

Shift timing - 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Excel/ERP Systems)

The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information, and will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients. We manage the Global P&L, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range strategic financial planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
• Fulfilling ad-hoc requests from our non-Finance business partners for financial information, tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, preparing for upcoming financial reviews and key deliverables (e.g. forecast), special projects
• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.

Requirement:

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline is required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
• 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
• Oracle JDE ERP System, OneStream, BPC
• Excel mid-level proficiency (e.g. VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PIVOT TABLES)
• Building and maintaining financial dashboards, building and maintaining recurring presentations, leveraging technical skills to improve the efficiency of routine processes
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
