Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist (Audio/Video)
Pay Rate: $30 to $34/HR
Duration: 7 months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Shift - 8 am-5 pm
We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist (Audio/Video).
- Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards in support of our new world-class Customer Experience Center.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of network connectivity for users and for systems, by checking cabling, system configuration, IP assignments, and user/device enrollment in systems.
- Performing smart-hands tasks such as cabling, resets, configuration, and troubleshooting of various demonstration medical imaging equipment at the direction of remote Business Experts.
- General understanding of the installed audiovisual (A/V) systems and collaboration tools, assisting users with features/functions, and performing first-level troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams/ Teams Rooms, Surface Hub is helpful.
- Alignment and coordination with A/V vendor and A/V support provider during maintenance and support tasks.
- Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Executes and/or organizes relevant tests.
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching, and training.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
