Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician
Pay Rate: $30 to $33/HR
Duration: 12 months
Location: Oxnard, CA (Onsite)

Work Schedule: 9x80A
We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician
- Assembling large tooling structures, using two-part epoxies for bonding, assembling small/delicate mechanical flight hardware, working with and assembling composite structures, and sewing/stitching mesh fabric.
- Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Knowing and understanding how to read blueprint-type assembly drawings is a big plus

- Knowledge and experience with all common mechanical hand tools
- Knowledge and experience with fasteners and torquing mechanical fasteners
- Ability to read and understand blueprint-style mechanical drawings
