Job Title: Occupational health Nurse (OHNs)
Pay Rate: $45 to $50/Hr.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Draper, UT
Working Hours - 32 Hours a Week
We are looking for a Occupational health Nurse (OHNs)
Summary:
The main function of an occupational health specialist is to provide case management of all worker's compensation claims; including conducting and documenting factual investigations, analyzing medical records, and providing advice on the need for additional medical information (e.g., through subpoenas or surveillance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform health evaluation, initial diagnosis, and treatment to employees, upon request.
- Manage onsite health and environmental screening programs, including referrals for clinical evaluations; interpret, document, and communicate program results based on knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining the OSHA 300 log, 301, and 300A, based on knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with experience in Occupational Health Nurse required
- BSN Preferred
- 5-7 years of experience required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
