Job Title: Contract Processing Specialist
Pay Rate: $22 - 24/HR
Duration: 12 months
Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid - 1 day/week (Tuesday) in office, 4 days working remotely)
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
We are looking for a Contract Processing Specialist. This is a hybrid position with 1 day working on-site (Tuesday) and 4 days working remotely.
- High volume contracts processing: Review 10-15 contracts per day and enter contract terms into ERP.
- Working with internal and external key players to enter contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
- Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previously processed contract requests.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience with contracts, terms & conditions, and special clauses.
- ERP system experience: invoicing, billing, product ordering, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products suite.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.
- Coordinate and manage the exchange of information, documents, and data.
- Experience in contract implementation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under time constraints.
- High levels of proficiency and quality in data inputs.
- Strengths in reading and interpreting complex contracts.
- Ability to plan and prioritize activity and stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
