Job Title: Fill/Pack Operator 1
Pay Rate: $19/Hr.
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Walpole, MA (Onsite)
Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (M-F)
- This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
- A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
- Packing E-agents, chemicals inside small bottles that hospitals use to test blood, etc. into boxes and moving around with the pallet jack. These are biohazardous materials.
- This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
- The position requires lifting materials to 50 lbs. Based on business needs individuals may be required to work overtime and/or may be asked to modify their work hours.
- Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect and package the finished product.
- Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
- Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
- Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.
- FDA Regulated Facility, Production/Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer/PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.)

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
