Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Discovery & Prospecting
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers in healthcare, finance, government, and technology sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate new leads and partnerships.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them on IT solutions, managed services, and staffing needs.Ensure Infostride is included in RFP (Request for Proposal) and bid opportunities for public and private sector clients.Work closely with internal technical teams, procurement, and legal teams to align business goals.3. Proposal Development & Pricing Strategy
Lead the development of winning proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and contracts.Perform quantitative pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning while maintaining profit margins.Craft compelling business cases and presentations that highlight Infostride’s unique value proposition.4. Closing Deals & Account Management
Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.Develop account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Ensure customer satisfaction, address escalations, and drive client retention initiatives.Required Qualifications :
MBA degree from a reputed university with 4-6 years of experience in business development, IT consulting, or sales.Strong ability to understand complex technology solutions and translate them into business value.Experience in a global delivery environment, working with offshore / nearshore teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong aptitude for financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
