Technical Lead (Azure, .Net)
Company: Automotive Industry
Duration - 6 – 12 months on-going contract to hire
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 - 3x’s a week – this is a MUST
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of cloud-based applications using Azure technologies.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
- Act as a Delivery Lead when required, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, DevOps, and Security teams in an Agile environment.
- Design and implement modern REST-based APIs and microservices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and unit testing to ensure high-quality software.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex C# .NET applications using MS Visual Studio.
- Work with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with the QA team, developers, project managers, product managers, and business analysts to review and approve test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field experience.
- 10 years of .NET programming experience (C# preferred).
- 5 years of Azure cloud experience with expertise in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Must have developed and deployed at least 10 Azure Functions following SDLC best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, event-driven development, and n-tier architectures.
- Experience with unit testing methodologies, code coverage, and integration tests.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end business logic implementation (Full Stack).
- Knowledge of data architecture and engineering best practices.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in solutions, systems, and processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with 3rd-party API integrations and Web UI interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
