JOB DESCRIPTION :
TEAM
Arene's goal is to open vehicle programming to everyone by simplifying vehicle software development and
increasing deployment frequency without compromising safety or security. The team believes this will
create a whole new market of vehicle application developers who, through software, may integrate
vehicles into our daily lives in novel ways. Arene aims to significantly improve how vehicles are design
and developed, and we're working closely with Toyota to realize this goal in its next-generation vehicles.
The Arene NA Solution Engineering team's mission is to support the delivery of the Arene product suite to
build, deploy and test vehicle software. In this growing team working on an early stage product, the ideal
candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves to work directly with product, engineering, and test teams to
address the needs of our customers and partners.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer to be responsible for delivering
engaging, customized and informative product demonstrations to executives, partners and prospective
clients, showcasing how the Arene product suite addresses their specific business needs. The ide
candidate will lead a customer-driven approach to demonstrate the value of the Arene product suite to
build and foster customer trust.
We are primarily interested in candidates who are located near Ann Arbor or are interested in relocating.
This candidate must also be available to travel domestically and internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Product Demos: Conduct live, tailored product demonstrations for customers and executives,
highlighting key features and benefits that align with their business need
● Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the product to answer technical questions
and provide solutions to customer challenges during demos.
● Solution Design: Customize demos to showcase specific use cases, workflows and integrat
relevant to the customer’s pain points and requirements.
● Training & Enablement: Train customers on best practices and key features of the product,
helping them to maximize its value.
● Be a subject matter expert across our Arene Product offerings providing expert consultation a
support to clients, addressing technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven experience, 5 years in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 1-2 years focused
on product demonstrations or technical sales.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with effective management of priorities a
deadlines
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical fiel
● Strong C , Python programming skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● 5 years in automotive
● In depth knowledge of software stacks in the automotive domain, including cockpit systems and
ADAS applications.
● Understanding of typical ECU hardware architecture and familiarity with standard
vehicle architecture.
● Proficiency in CI/CD practices for automotive testing environment
● Ability to interact with C [ C , Python,] and Golang-based projects.
● Experience with automotive build systems, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet,
LIN, Flexray), development using safety standards like ISO26262.
