About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and manage delivery of engagements, responsible for quality of delivery, timelines, staffing, budgeting etc. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and leadership and foster a positive relationship. You will also contribute to the firm’s development by guiding and mentoring teams and sharing knowledge. You will be recognized as an expert in your respective domain and contribute to advancing Infosys Consulting’s thought leadership in the industry.
Role expects you to:
· Working experience in designing operating models, process flows and artefacts for regulatory change management programs.
· Have knowledge of regulatory change lifecycle and participants involved and its interaction.
· Have strong knowledge of 3 LODs in a financial firm.
· Exposure to platforms and products used to manage regulatory change in a firm.
· Play a lead role and subject matter expert, in charge of the delivery of the program.
· Conduct workshops with senior client stakeholders to gather and document requirements, develop solution to meet the needs, actively seek client feedback and define roadmap to implement.
· Lead and manage a team of consultants to develop solutions, concise and practical strategies, roadmap and/or re-engineering program recommendations with a clear implementation path.
· Manage end-to-end project execution, stakeholder communication and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending courses of remediation.
Additional Consulting Responsibilities
Practice Development
· Provide insights on new and emerging technologies, best practices and contribute to the development of service offerings
· Work with other practice members to support Infosys Consulting thought leadership activities and develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies
· Prepare white papers and participate in industry conferences, webinars, and forums
· Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, campus hiring and training
People Management
· Mentor individuals and guide them through their career progression and development
· Coach and develop junior team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development
· Participate in and contribute to practice training activities
· Leverage your professional/social connects to attract talent
Business Development
· Lead small, medium sized sales pursuits and business development activities ranging from creation of client proposals to formulating commercial constructs / contracts
· Develop and build relationships at senior management and CXO levels
· Look for opportunities to formulate and present Infosys Consulting propositions and service offerings
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with 2 years of experience in comparable consulting services.
· Ability to identify program risk and develop mitigation strategies, have program level financial acumen.
· Travel to client sites and for practice work efforts is required on an as needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree, Industry-related certification preferred.
· Strategic mindset and the ability to lead and develop other team members.
· Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and consistently achieve operational goals.
· Excellent relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to collaborate with resources in global delivery model.
· Experience in leading programs using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
· U.S. citizens and those currently authorized to work in the U.S.
