Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5 years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3 years of work experience
- Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions
- Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry and business
- Experience and / or desire to work in a global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications :
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in US are as indicated below : Max-$106,000 & min-$88,000
