Job description
Senior Principal - OTC Derivative
The Senior Principal Consultant role is within the Infosys Consulting unit in the Financial Services vertical of Infosys. The Infosys Consulting unit focuses on partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders of our clients to help craft and execute their strategy.
You will lead a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements in Capital Markets, with a focus on OTC derivatives, products implementation. Your team will comprise of industry practitioners, subject matter experts, functional consultants and transformation leaders working with various financial institutions.
You will guide the team, analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems, collaborate with client stakeholders, technology delivery teams and other vendors and be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients.
About the Role
As a Senior Principal , you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts on a daily basis. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership and knowledge management efforts with the objective of providing value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities include :
Project Execution
- Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
- Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
- Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w / associated metrics
- Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices
- Solution and document functional specifications
- Define, execute, and support testing of the solution
- Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project.
- Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time).
- Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development.

Estimated annual compensation will be 157500 to 192500.
